This is the first time they do DODOL...
They maybe have high expectation what will be done later...

Time that we arrived was around 2000pm, so we need to wait...
In waiting time, they started " Blow Water / 吹水"... (hope yours guys have learned something)...

Wait.... and " Blow Water ".... until around 2100pm ~
The materials were coming...
Prepared, cleaned ++++.....

All was ready, started to mixing up flour, water...

Keep to stir...

Well done, do a good job...

Cannot stop... if not, it will charred..

So, must take turn to do it...

Ha..ha... Laughing, enjoying...

Keep mixing and mixing...

Around 2230pm, is time to add in brown sugar...

And have to keep on stir...

Keep on to do it... don't stop...

Take-turn to rest....

Tired...

Not enough sweet??? add more sugar...

Around 2300pm, saviors coming...

They take-turns to did it...
